In recognition of our commitment to providing art education in Quebec, we’re pleased to announce the Studio Brésoles Bursary for young artists. We are passionate about providing opportunities for young artists to receive art instruction and mentorship, and to further advance their career in fine art.

Value: $350

Eligibility: Open to students in their first year of CEGEP studies in Québec in Visual Arts (Program code: 510A0). Applicants must have demonstrated artistic ability and a desire to develop these skills, and demonstrated financial need. Applicants must be Canadian citizens.

Apply: Applicants must submit: (i) digital copies of two creative works,  (ii) an original essay of approximately 500 words outlining the area of fine arts they are pursuing, and a (iii) letter of reference attesting to their artistic ability. Applications can be submitted in French and English. Only online applications will be accepted. 

Selection: Upon selection, the recipient must show proof of enrollment in CEGEP, proof of Canadian citizenship, and demonstrate financial need.
